JP & United Voices is a group based out of Central Florida. The group's founding member John "JP" Polk is an alum and extension of the well traveled touring group Perfect Harmony & Voices of Victory. In 2006 he formed a gospel group then called "Voices of Life" and changed the name to "JP & 1Voice in 2012. With 1Voice, JP has been able to become a mainstay for The World Famous Gospel Brunch at House of Blues Orlando. His success at the Brunch allowed him to become a part of, and be a featured artist for, the HOB Orlando Gospel Brunch House Band "UNiTY" and also to form an all male group #TheBrotherhood.
He & his wife Zelda have also been afforded the opportunity to grace various stages to include Disney's EPCOT resort.
They have shared the stage with many musical greats such as Yolanda Adams, Donnie McClurkin, Dorinda Clark Cole, Todd Dulaney, Jovonta Patton, LaRue Howard and former frontman of Foreigner Lou Gramm, The members of The Soul Singers are all artists in their own right who have been individually selected to form a group with an amazing sound! While gospel is their foundation, JP & United Voices is a versatile group capable of performing any genre too include jazz, classical, theatre, Top 40, Motown and more!
