Baltimore Gospel Singers is one of the top leading groups from Baltimore, Maryland. It is part of the larger ensemble directed and produced by renowned director Eric Waddell, bringing together some of the finest vocalists from the Abundant Life Singers.

With a remarkable blend of vocal timbres and nuances, the group has achieved a level of vocal perfection reminiscent of ensembles like Hezekiah Walker and Ricky Dillard.

During their 2026 Christmas tour in Italy, alongside the most modern contemporary gospel arrangements, their repertoire features the great traditional classics in the versions most beloved by audiences. It is a seamless musical synergy that delivers a deeply moving experience, building a warm, interactive, and emotional connection with the crowd right from the very first note.

Throughout their career, the group has shared the stage with gospel legends such as Pastor Timothy Wright and Albertina Walker, as well as stars like BeBe & CeCe Winans, Pastor Marvin Sapp, Vashawn Mitchell, Vanessa Bell Armstrong, Pastor Charles Jenkins, Dorothy Norwood, Keith Pringle, and Dottie Peoples.

Eric Waddell and The Abundant Life Singers are also making a major mark on the recording industry. Key releases include their debut album "Put a Praise On It" (September 2012), "Hour of Power" (March 2013), and a collaborative project featuring Overseer Kervy Brown and Isaiah D. Thomas (May 2013). In July 2014, the group earned two Rhythm of Gospel Awards for Traditional CD of the Year and Best Performance by a Choir/Director. Their album "The Church Sound" was released in March 2017.

Notable appearances include BET’s Bobby Jones Gospel in August 2014, Gospel Heritage Month at the Kennedy Center in September 2015, and a performance at the Presidential Inauguration in January 2017.
